Welcome to the Sunnyside!

I am Camilla Thompson, author of Skating Late and director of Sunnyside Self Wellness. Through children's literature, creative wellness workshops, and public speaking presentations, Sunnyside introduces people of all ages to writing and wellness practices that are proven to increase peace, positivity, health, and happiness in our lives.

At Sunnyside, we believe that practicing Gratitude, Creative Self Expression, Mindful Eating and Movement, Kindness to Self and Others, and Mindfulness and Meditation in some way every day helps us RISE above life’s challenges and SHINE as our best and most Sunnyside self!

RISE & SHINE ROUTINE

We’ve developed this resource to help you reflect on your current wellness practices and more deeply infuse your life with healthy habits by developing a Sunnyside Rise and Shine Routine.

Remember, wellness practices are called PRACTICES for a reason! The benefits of Gratitude, Creative Self Expression, Mindful Eating and Movement, Kindness to Self and Others, and Mindfulness and Meditation are most evident when they are practiced often and take root as healthy habits.

Make your Sunnyside Rise and Shine Routine as unique and special as you are by considering your favourite ways to add whole self wellness to your days!

Wishing you a Sunnyside Summer,

Camilla Thompson
